Why we started Rebalance Energy Centre Amstelveen
Rebalance Energy Centre Amstelveen was born from a single discovery. In early 2022, we encountered a technology so quietly powerful that we knew, almost immediately, it had to be shared. Not because of what it does on paper — but because of what people feel when they experience it. Deep, effortless relaxation. The kind your body recognises before your mind even catches up. That conviction sent us on a journey to make it real — and today, we’re proud to call Amstelveen home.
Meet the founders
Welcome to Rebalance Energy Centre in Amstelveen, we are Morgan and Sara Thomas. Two best friends, humbled parents and passionate individuals who wish to help people and animals have happy fulfilled lives. We invite you to experience our Energy Room — a 48-unit Light System™ installation in Amstelveen, The Netherlands. Previously known as the Energy Enhancement System (EES), The Light System™ is the latest and most advanced version of this technology, and our centre houses the largest installation in Europe.

Morgan is the founder and visioner behind Rebalance Energy Centre in Amstelveen — a holistic wellbeing ecosystem designed to help people restore balance, reduce stress, and feel like themselves again.
With over 20 years as a professional coach and facilitator, Morgan has worked across industries ranging from aviation and mining to retail and IT — guiding individuals and organisations through leadership development, culture change, and lasting personal transformation. He has delivered programs to groups of up to 300 people, always with the same conviction: sustainable change begins from the inside out.
That conviction led Morgan to create Rebalance — combining his deep understanding of human behaviour and nervous system science with advanced technology to offer something rare: deep, effortless relaxation that the body recognises immediately. Rebalance is the result of everything he has learned about what people actually need to thrive.

“Creating spaces and holding spaces for people & animals to feel loved and supported on their journey.”
Sara is the co-founder of Rebalance Energy Centre and the creative force behind everything you see — from the brand identity and website to the visual language that makes Rebalance feel instantly different from anything else in the wellness space.
Trained in advertising and design, Sara built her career across two entrepreneurial chapters: first running her own marketing and design business, then leading a property management company — experiences that gave her a rare combination of creative instinct and sharp commercial thinking. She understands not just how things should look, but how they need to work.
At Rebalance, Sara has shaped the entire client-facing experience — the visual identity, the website, the marketing, and the atmosphere that greets every visitor. Much of what she brings to the brand is self-taught, refined through years of curiosity, hands-on experimentation, and an unwillingness to settle for ordinary.
Her work ensures that Rebalance doesn’t just offer a powerful experience — it communicates one, from the very first impression.
