Our Refund & Returns Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us at hello@rebalance.energy and we will do our best to help.
Physical Products Under EU consumer law you have the right to return physical products within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-returnable items:
- Opened or used wellness products (for hygiene reasons)
- Detox salt bags and Celtic salt (consumable products)
- Hydrogen cannulas (hygiene products)
- Custom or personalised orders
Digital Products The Sound Resonance Program is a digital product. Once access has been granted by email, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Please ensure you are ready to begin the program before purchasing.
Plasma GaNS Products These are shipped directly from our specialist supplier. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions — we will confirm return conditions per order.
Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Sale Items Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sale purchases are final. If a sale item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it.
Session Packages & Memberships Session packages and memberships are non-refundable once purchased. Individual sessions within a package that have not yet been used may be transferred to another person with prior agreement. If you have any concerns about your package, please contact us directly at hello@rebalance.energy — we are always happy to find a solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
